#FlipMyFunnel 2018 had some terrific speakers lined up and the expectation was palpable. As soon as Kyle Porter, CEO of SalesLoft, took the stage, several attendees responded with enthusiasm, sharing photos and their expectations about the talk about sales engagement, “Scientific Results on How to Deliver Your Customer a Better Sales Experience.”


A better sales experience is indeed a great marketing strategy… Everyone needs some sales love!


Kyle proved this further using this stats! “53% of customer loyalty measured on the sales experience”. Sales reps, are you listening? It’s about sales engagement!


He had some great advice for ABM leaders as well. “As leaders, we need to be nurturing and be challenging at the same time.” Well said!

Kyle also spoke about why the key to sales success lies in providing a better buying experience. “Sales is hard, but buying is harder”


And then the Scientific Results on what converts to sales.


Kyle through his talk made clear that a better sales engagement is what drives sales.
